I have always been very satisfied with the service at this gas station. Unfortunately, today I did with the owner who was very aggressive towards me. I wanted to clarify an incident with him in a quiet conversation. Receiving not even allowing me to speak has cut me off very loudly. He wore no mask, gesticulated wildly and came very close to me as a woman. Such aggressive behavior towards another person (customer) is evidence of corporate size. He was also very arrogant and didn't even want to have the incident explained to him. I would like to warn everyone against dealing with this person. Better go somewhere else to refuel!

Hello The employees at this gas station are unfortunately very aggressive and disrespectful. I also saw no willingness to help with a problem. In addition, all three employees there who were also outside in my vicinity did not wear a face mask. These employees should be ashamed!

It was better under the old tenant. Happy to stop there at night on weekends. Refuel, drink a cup of coffee, eat warm croissants, chat. The entire staff was always friendly, and NEVER snotty towards customers. It's a matter of luck now.

I am here often, is like every shell and I don't find employees unfriendly. The prices have become cheaper and are only 2 cents more than the long-term low price in the Mönchengladbach region. You can also refuel here
