Perfect service after deposit damage last week in Croatia. I lost my propeller while approaching a buoy and destiny continued to unfold ... However after insurance report via mail on Saturday night yacht pool has allready processed the case and the money is on the way back onto my bank account on Tuesday. So what else? Thank you for the tremendous support and perfect service!

A mooring caught while casting. The damage overshadowed the vacation a little and despite all caution one was worried. Reported the claim and I am overwhelmed by the super fast, uncomplicated processing and settlement. Thank you very much! A really great service that is second to none. I have not experienced this with any other insurance company.

Especially as a fresh skipper you sail more calmly with a strong insurance partner in the background who covers the relevant risks. I haven't had an accident or any other insured event. I reached out to this insurance partner about another matter. This request was processed quickly, unbureaucratically and competently to my complete satisfaction. Therefore, I will come back to this insurance partner on my next sailing trip. I am also happy to recommend this insurance partner to others.

Re: yacht pool insurance I have been a Yacht-Pool customer for several years and have now had two insurance claims within 12 months. In the first case, the propeller flew off the shaft while reversing. The securing screw had sheared off and the ship had to be cranked to repair it. In the second case a crew member is ill and cannot take part in the sailing trip. For this reason, the spouse does not travel either. In both cases, Yacht-Pool reacted very quickly and easily and handled the damage to my full satisfaction. The staff are cooperative and friendly. I can therefore only highly recommend Yacht-Pool as an insurance partner.
