"relatively" "good" available by phone. Unfortunately, that was all "positive". The promises of the friendly staff are unfortunately worthless. The inbox is processed every 3 days, which of course does not speed up the approval process. (Documented by Deutsche Post shipment tracking) Unfortunately, I relied on the information given over the phone. Recommendations are therefore excluded.
