The employees in the citizen's office stay seated for minutes, even though 3 customers are already waiting. No, they didn't have any important task to do, they just sat in their chairs and obviously gossiped. These workers are not doing the community a good favor. As the flagship of the community, ALL employees have completely failed in my view. I have never seen such unfriendly staff.

Due to the apparently missing guidelines in the event of a positive corona finding (this is about organizational reporting channels), different people called several times within 24 hours. (Absolutely questionable situation: the after-school care center (daughter also positive findings) called my workplace to find out how they should behave - community? Health department?). It should be mentioned here that the general practitioners' practices cannot provide evidence of a uniform regulation in the event of a positive corona finding - due to a resigned comment on my part, the employee at the end of the line lost her composure and behaved absolutely incompetently and unprofessionally. This behavior and the insults are absolutely unacceptable for me. It is absolutely frustrating to endure such behavior on the part of an employee with a positive result and corresponding typical symptoms - through the feedback from the various reviews, I hope that social skills and competent social appearance and behavior will be trained in the Oberhaching community.

The employees in the Citizens' Bureau - like many others have already written to me - are unreasonable. I came into the room and although two employees obviously had nothing to do, they seemed to prefer to talk to each other rather than help me. An employee only came to me after waiting 10 minutes. The worst thing is their working posture. I had the impression that I was disturbing the employees. The tone was very rude and the employees didn't smile for a second. Questions are only dealt with very sporadically. Here NO value is placed on good service. Stefan Schelle should urgently talk to his colleagues, because this is not an acceptable condition. To the staff: A friendly, courteous SERVICE attitude would definitely help you and not hurt.

Unacceptable manners, unfriendly, frustrating, incompetent, fellow human beings in need are not supported in any form, but forcibly logged off and left sitting on the street with a small child, even the mayor completely refrains from any support

I have never experienced something like that. I just wanted to get information from the registry office, because I want to marry this year. The lady on the phone was a bit rude. She spoke to me in a tone that was impossible and even cheeky afterwards. I ended the call immediately, because it does not speak with "customers". The church should appeal to this lady, because I do not think that they want it so wünscehn. And prefer to hire a friendlier and helpful lady. The information can and wants to give. Too bad, because I actually could only speak positively of the community!
