Just liars and incompetent people I am of the opinion that some employees here are confusing their profession, forgetting that they are not working as a lawyer and that their job is not to defend the mother, but to protect the child's welfare and safety

Incredibly bad system including employees. Documents that have been handed in at the gate are lost several times. Accordingly, the requests of those in need of help are stamped as null and void. Apartment was canceled, no money for my child and me for two months and still no support. A preliminary decision was only issued after a loud complaint, presentation of paragraphs and threats of a lawsuit. All this despite the fact that all documents are available and one cannot be found due to their sloppy nature. I regret starting a new apprenticeship because this house is unable to support where it should.
