I was aware that individuals "with special personality structures" often find refuge with the police. What to me on the night of October 31. on November 1st happened, tops everything that has been experienced so far. Around 11 p.m. I was well lit on my bike with a fully loaded trailer (containers). I drove quickly and aggressively across the street towards a corner, the bike path was blocked by a BMW (!), I circled it and promptly came to a stop, a group of plainclothes police officers had positioned themselves on the sidewalk in a defensive manner and were braking I had touched a policewoman with the tire. I was immediately yelled at by a "male" police officer that they were preparing for an operation and that I had just hit a colleague. Due to the extreme aggression that hit me, I replied: I want to go home, let me pass! In a split second, I found myself on the adjacent lawn, lying down and with the knee of this "individual" on the side of my head, so that I couldn't breathe. I looked around, completely shocked, saw the policewoman who looked at me half confused, half amused. I was tied up, only now the body cam was activated. They carried me to the patrol car and laid me in a lying position, handcuffed, next to the car door with the request to get in. In the car I expressed my "displeasure" by shouting loudly. Furthermore, I have been severely traumatized for years (complex PTSD), which also affected my reaction. When I got out of the guard I was gripped tightly, almost painfully by the arm (completely unnecessary), twisted out of this grip and was brutally brought to the ground again. At the station, my shoes, cell phone, and glasses were taken away, and I was handcuffed to a wall chair with another pair of handcuffs. I was not informed about my rights and people made fun of old, harmless (but inflated) crimes that were "committed" under the influence of severe trauma and a dysfunctional, narcissistically disturbed "family". I was extremely angry and uttered a few profanities, also used the two different "N-words" several times. Was that the reason? In any case, it was agreed that I would be admitted to psychiatry. Another humiliation was needed, I was supposed to lie down on a transport couch with my hands cuffed behind without help, I landed uncomfortably on my face, of course. The transport dragged on for about 2 hours, there was pain from overstretching the arms and the wrists from the handcuffs. My reference to this was completely ignored. When I was admitted to Haar, I was immediately classified as an extreme case, thanks to the police report and because I was so naive as to mention that I had once been wrongly diagnosed with psychosis with the intention of clearing up the whole situation. I was transferred directly from the bondage to a 5-point restraint. Without any need to check this. So I was pushed into an observation room. The fixation was only released the next morning. Only now did I get something to drink and use the toilet. A young (Eastern European) doctor made rounds, asked a few questions, to which I answered "confused" and "incoherent" in her opinion, furthermore, according to her, I was totally excited and nervous, both complete nonsense, but "a matter of interpretation." ". It was immediately clear to her that I suffer from psychosis. A judge from the guardianship court was brought in, she was immediately convinced and also issued a decision that I would be "interned" for six weeks. All talking didn't help, I was psychotic point. In the meantime, an African woman who had been subjected to the (voodoo?) Curse had also been dropped in my room, and later an almost comatose girl. I can definitely say that as an interesting experience during this whole (to be continued)
Thank you so much! My problem was taken very seriously and my rights were still told to me.
Thank you very much and healthy !!!
Cell too small and no ocean view, a shame
Very happy that there are such friendly officials here, like the colleagues who brought us our dog again today. Many Thanks !!!
Nice officials, despite the stress, you took care of me and treated me competently. Merci.
