I had a hard time finding this branch because it kept bringing me to the post office in the mall as per Google maps. However, it’s located outside of the mall, just south of the CineStar theatre. The staff were very nice and spoke English well. They were also on time for our appointment, which was much appreciated.

In my case, it was really hard to get the support. Long process of activation, online banking (issues has not been resolved yet). After 1 month of usage considering for an account closure.
