Online banking is simply a disaster (the terms used are not clear). Access too complicated. The hotline can hardly be reached. Other banks can do that better.

Can't open a checking account within 1 month. Neither online - nor in the branch. With the hotline you can also reach zero but be put off with words. If you don't want one, you should communicate it directly. At another bank (in the Postbank case) it worked within less than 30 minutes - the rest (card, PIN, etc.) came in a week. This is how service works! Commerzbank - put 6 !!!

You should have another ATM for deposits, the only one you have is mostly out of order!

Only one deposit machine for all of Erlangen. Often out of service on weekends. Do something about it!
