Our aunt lived in Erlangen, we live in the Munich area. Upon recommendation, we contacted Mr. Felix Meißel. He really took everything (!!) from us, competently and immediately, well networked, very open and understanding in personal (telephone) contact. That was incredibly helpful in our situation. We are deeply grateful to him and can recommend him without reservation!
You are only welcome here if you run the "big program". Sales event hits exactly the point, the old owner has not been active for a long time. I would have liked piety and empathy, that was completely lost here. You only want one thing: your money. As much as possible.
I contacted the Chisel company when my husband passed away. Since I had no experience with funerals and funerals, I felt very well cared for here. My wishes and ideas were fulfilled and nice new ideas were proposed, which we accepted and enriched our farewell. Mr. Felix Meißel, his wife and the entire team were of great support.
I would also like to highlight the beautiful ambience of the mourning hall. Very tasteful and contemporary.
In terms of price, I think the price / performance ratio is top without having to make comparisons.

They are there for you from start to finish, but not intrusive.
Loving, professionally competent, caring ... they are not pushy, they also don't just give you something. Are honest, and do everything possible. The last wish of the deceased will be fulfilled when it is feasible. And that is how it is supposed to be.
The time is hard enough for the bereaved and you help / support where you can.
