My health insurance card should have expired since 2018 although the card expires in 2023. Now I called the hotline and they said that a card had already been sent to me in January. That’s two years that have passed without I have received a notification because, strangely, the card still works with my doctor. The next one is I have NOT received a card that is the second time something like this happens that it is said that a card was sent to me twice and I have not received it and then when I say my details in full and ask which address is in the system it says For reasons of data protection law, we are not allowed to pass this information on. I think you want to kid me, I can't explain it any other way.

My wife has been insured with SBK for around 15 years. In all these years, there were 2 relevant claims. Costs for the SBK are manageable. In both cases, there were clear problems with the processing of benefits. In the current case of dental treatment and dentures in the field of vision, my wife had to go to the expert. The refusal followed by phone about 10 days ago, in writing or not. I don't even want to think about it if my wife had become seriously and cost-intensively ill in all the 15 years or so that she was loyal to the SBK.

- Very bad service Takes weeks to edit things and if they edit it mostly wrong. Everyone blames others for the mistake. SBK Erlangen is not recommended !!!
