I got to a complex tel. Demand re. the Corona quarantine received very detailed and competent advice from a very knowledgeable employee. TOP Citizens, keep it up.

The lady on the phone was very nice and really built us up in the quarantine time and gave us moral support 😊
She was also very competent ... ☺️
I understand that there is a lot to do in the current situation, but not calling a contact person 1 since the quarantine is absolutely impossible.
In addition, I really don't know what scheme they are working according to, my email was read (read receipt) and skilfully simply ignored.
You can't get through by phone at all, you just get thrown off the line.
Simply impossible.
I'm really thrilled ... needed a corona test but didn't belong to the risk group. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful ... bank transfer emailed from the doctor and half an hour later I had an appointment for the same day. Test results the next day ... great!
I was there this morning to get my health certificate for the legal clerkship. Cannot agree with the previous assessment. My doctor was really friendly and competent. I felt very well cared for there and immediately got to my appointment.
