Deposits no longer available. Attention for accounts that have not been used for a long time: The account will be closed without notification. Issued bank powers of attorney then no longer apply and the holder must visit the bank in person. The branch was requested that the account holder who is in South Africa, despite the pandemic and travel stop, visit the branch personally in order to secure any remaining credit and shares. Alternatively, it was required that the owner authenticated himself at the German consulate and obtained sworn statements in order to get his money. Deposited bank powers of attorney were no longer accepted because the account was closed. Money is no longer paid! I immediately closed all accounts with this institute because an investment here is no longer safe. Despite the dissolution, I will not get my cooperative shares back because they were not canceled despite the account deletion. Notice period: over a year! Stay away from this institute that I've been a customer of for over thirty years.

I've been trying to call for 3 days with a simple question about what my records are doing, which I've been waiting for 4 weeks. No getting through. I have to go now. Unsightly.

I was a satisfied customer for 25 years and felt well advised. The consultants in Freiburg were always friendly and competent, thank you for that. However, the new TEO app is a nightmare and the introduction of fees goes against the decades of advertising. This bank is abolishing itself. Unfortunately.

Attention! Please do not use a loan from Sparda. Payouts are made after 2 weeks. The contact person in Freiburg can only be reached via a hotline in Stuttgart. Very bad service. Never experienced anything like this at a bank.
