I have been a BBank customer for years, apparently there is little interest in keeping existing customers when you need help. There is no feedback on e-mails ... no good cooperation between the individual departments and a lack of information flow ... wrong or no information is passed on to the customer. I absolutely cannot recommend the BBBank anymore.

The only bank I know that does not charge any account management fees! Centrally located in Freiburg on the potato market, (there are no potatoes!) Very friendly, competent and helpful staff. I have been a customer since 1966 and very satisfied.
