Unfriendly staff and wouldn't answer my questions even after going there for two consecutive days.. All they say is "there are other people waiting and you can get all information on web page".. Very bad response!

Went there with an appointment to open a current account. Very professional service. Good thing is there are English speaking people working in this bank.

Hardly any customer service is available - there is no support over the phone or I am spoken to an Auto.support. In other cities, the service is better - Hamburg, Kiel, etc.

Something about the employees being unpunctual for appointments. And you process jobs really slowly. The positive: are very committed to digitization. But that's it
