On August 11th, 2020 I personally handed Mr. W. my termination for my account, rental account and the business shares and had their receipt confirmed. I also had the original documents from the rental deposit account with me. Mr. W. had made copies of it. When asked a few weeks later, a request via the contact form on the online banking site said that no cancellation had been received. I then scanned the notices (which Mr. W. countersigned) and sent them by email. Mr W. then got in touch and explained to me that something might have gone wrong, but everything would now be dealt with as quickly as possible. The account was then closed quite quickly. Today is November 6th, 2020, almost 3 months later and the money from the rental deposit account has still not been received. Now I can deal with it for hours again and hope that this will finally be resolved. No, you really don't have to pay any fees for such a bad service that BBBank offers. If I don't get my money soon, I will call on a lawyer. It is enough.

Customer service is very bad I came with a request and got a booklet which had nothing to do with my concerns. Very bad
