Probably the only public service in all of Germany that operates flawlessly in all senses. Fast, competent, professional, both in person, online and by phone. I rate it 6 stars, really.
The staff are very nice and professional. I don't mean all the staff just one or two .. I have had this experience for over a year and I have had several problems with them several times and every time I was satisfied with their treatment. Thank you very much Volksbank!
