Very good, detailed and competent advice, which is important to me. Price performance is right in my opinion. If you work in the public service, however, it is an advantage.

After three calls, the company was still unable to change the debit date for my contracts to the date I communicated when I signed the contract. Here my goodwill is used as brazenly as possible in order to be able to collect my money on the date requested by the company. The Bertarer was not even able to communicate my affairs to the company because the obviously incompetent employee sent the mail to me instead of to his superior. A lack of professionalism is very important here. Twice I was promised a callback, unfortunately I haven't received one to this day. I will change my insurance provider at the next opportunity and can only dissuade everyone from the BGV. They are just deducted. Edit: to date, my problem has not been resolved, and the amount due is now deducted twice a month. Warning to everyone here is being cheated as it is popular in order to exploit customers by every trick in the book. Absolute cheek and a sad indictment of the company's competence.

Unfortunately rather unfriendly on the phone, it seemed as if there was no interest in taking out insurance.

Great store; Staff are very courteous and experienced. At an appointment is individually agreed which fits best to one. I felt lifted up there great. Also in case of damage is not fakelt long and the costs are taken over.
