Unfortunately you have to assign 1 star. Avoid this shop for quite some time. I gave this shop the chance to be more customer-friendly for over half a year. Nothing has changed, it is probably due to the personality of the employees: always extra unfriendly, almost hostile towards customers, not helpful and the worst postal delivery service I've ever known. Dear co-workers, if you don't like your job, change it instead of taking it out on your customers.

Mask requirement is consistently ignored by all employees, even when walking through the shop. Also friendliness is only sometimes required on the part of the staff. The issue of capacity may be due to Corona, but it can still be assessed rather poorly.

Lack of respect for customers very bad manners the younger employee was polite, full of respect and new there, but the older one was the boss ugh agressive behavior not worth recommending no good service ... too bad I don't say more as a customer I always find the right corner but the tenant only has one bottle.
