1. bought cheap 2. Very satisfied with the quality 3. Almost 1 year after the order was placed, HP installed a firmware update which no longer supports third-party material. The support from Toneroffice was quick, uncomplicated and effective, so that I can now work with cheaper toners again and don't have to spend more on toner in corona times because I have to pull out "protection money" from HP. Thank you!
