The staff on the accounter are very unprofescionall and disrespectfull i Wish all mi Friends and persons normaly do they thinks on this branch to douet some whear else ,i have bean a costumer on the banck for 11 years bit i nevar see staff like this time working on the branch ,i am very disapoint this time i Will make show the manager now Who caind a person are working in the branch .....i am very upset Sorry

The Volksbank has a very good online banking system, so far for the better. The Pforzheim Marktplatz branch impresses with incorrect advice and many things that don't work or work badly. It is best if things work differently than you are told. Costs are kept secret and only the advantages are listed. If you then very precisely and especially If you ask very persistently, you will come to the "ahhhhh jaaaaaa, that will of course cost ..." I will probably move all accounts somewhere else. Because transparency looks very different. It is also stupid if you rely on functioning machines and then the only coin reel machine in the region does not work.

The worst customer service I ever experienced at a Volksbank store. I've always been a Volksbank customer and yesterday showed two employees my EC card and asked if you would change my 5 Euro for my parking meter. Then I got from both the answer "No" because I have to go to my Volksbank branch.
