I have been busy at the Pforzheim branch of Commerzbank on Leopoldplatz for months now and have not yet been disappointed. With nice, competent and friendly employees who also have solutions for a wide variety of questions or concerns ready. 👍

The employees are very rude and don't take care of you. After multiple requests to call me back, I went to the branch where I was sent away with the reference to deal with the matter online. My argument that that would not work was denied. I was right. After a phone call to the complaints department, I was accepted. However, from a nice lady who is responsible for private customers, I am a business customer. Unfortunately, she did not get very far before finally helping someone pardoned. Has never been treated so rude, arrogant and derogatory. Incredibly Disappointed!

Unfriendly employee and rude, doesn't work at all. Was the last time in this branch, I change the bank and recommend it to the other customers too.

Worst ATM in Pforzheim, constantly out of order, you can never pay in, it will be time for it to be repaired, I've been here for the third weekend in a row and the deposit machine is out of order. Incredible 🤔
