I can only pass on great praise in this sense and confirm the assessments of many others. Mr. Ziesel is a very competent contact person and tries to achieve the best possible in the interests of the customer. The advice is comprehensive and seamless. Time doesn't matter either, which pleases me as a customer, because I want to leave the conversation with a good feeling and security. The contact Mr. Ziesel is friendly, nice and courteous and happy to have a little joke. In retrospect, processing was very quick without any problems. In summary, the 5 stars are more like justified and the Pforzheim branch gets a 6 star on top from me personally. Just great! Many thanks at this point again to Mr. Ziesel!
