My girlfriend (customer at Sparkasse Tauberfranken) wanted to deposit coin money, many 1 € and 2 € coins, in her branch at Museumstrasse 8 at 12:30 p.m. today and the money paid in + a little more in the form of notes take it back. It's actually a very simple process. Unfortunately, two employees at the counter said that this is not possible - since she is "a customer of another savings bank". I am really disappointed with a universal bank that advertises (!) With its broad branch network. Little things like this, which have been piling up lately, also make me wonder - whether the Sparkasse is really the right bank for me. Because the large branch network is of no use to private end customers - unless they just want to withdraw money.
