Air pressure system permanently defective, always out of order for weeks, allegedly no reserve pressure tester available ... That is an essential service! The dispensing systems and car wash could urgently use a renovation. Plus: is very conveniently located and has a small REWE shop and an ATM from Ing-DiBa.

UNFRIENDLY AND INSOLE STAFF, DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT Have been standing in front of the till three times because the card reader on the left switches off when paying. Then up to 10 other customers had to pass the other checkout because the device was restarted completely several times. Today I asked right from the start to pay at the cash register on the right. The young man behind the cash register even knew why, but he did not see it. It was too difficult for him to change the cash register. Result: like the last three times. When I was again allowed to pay at the right cash register 5 customers later (without any problems) and asked why the device was not being repaired, he became rude and angry. That would be fixed, that would only be due to my card (the card works on the right device and everywhere else too). When I then thanked him for the "friendliness", he became impudent and moaned after me. Never again to that gas station where the customer is turned on stupidly.
