would it have been possible -10 stars to forgive, I would have done. This miserable assessment you owe a colleague, which I have written umpteen times and not once has she answered. I was in the e-mail traffic solo entertainer, the is really naughty, you ask questions and nothing comes. We are still with our business account with you, but we have terminated it now. Absolutely customer-unfriendly !!!!!

I have a Polish construction company with a branch in Germany. There are many requests and I urgently needed a bank account. Your bank was recommended to me. And I still regret today that I did it, since then instead of having to provide the necessary support, this bank has become an obstacle to me. First, I had to wait a month for the debit card because your employees, for some unknown reason, sent it to Poland, and this several times, even though my German home address has been submitted, and I've pointed that out several times. Then it took me a month to get the PIN. Online banking does not work constantly, this is blocked and if I ask for help or please, it means I should wait 2-3 days ... and this for 3 weeks already! Nobody knows what. Nobody wants to help. When requesting a loan, a business plan is required and no one wanted to listen to me. I have not experienced anything reasonable or have received proper advice! They hinder me in my work! It is not only ridiculous, but annoying for someone like me, who runs a private company and wants to invest his money. P.S After the bad review, my bank has blocked my email Gorge group

The bank is on the intersection of Bahnhofstrasse and Graf-Hartmann Strasse. The staff are very nice and friendly. If I want to lift someone out of all the employees, it was Ms. Baier - Fiedler who looked after my banking matters very well.
