Extremely bad customer service. Have by phone and already twice by eMail asked for information on an existing building loan. After 5 days no one has reported yet ..........

In the morning at 06:00 o'clock you can not withdraw money, because the door is locked and you can not get to the ec machines

The Deutsche Bank branch is located in Bietigheim - Bissingen on the B 27. The employees are okay so far. You only get relatively little feedback if you want information by phone. Too bad, therefore only 4 stars. Have a look and see for yourself.

Extremely poor accessibility. Phone you end up repeatedly in the head office, which is only limited able to provide information. That does not fit in the time :-(
