Got a home loan here. The advice could be improved. We only closed here because of the conditions. However, due to the lack of good advice, some negative points emerged afterwards. In addition, it is suddenly very difficult to contact us after the conclusion, even though they literally ran into us beforehand. That is why we will no longer continue our financing here after the 10 years have expired. The termination is already out, but of course this has not yet been confirmed. We can probably run after it again. Conclusion: once and never again.

Very inexperienced employees. Called 3 times, always something else was said, nobody feels responsible for the customers. Unfortunately also very rude employees. Didn't feel that I was in good hands, so I changed bank Problem resolved within 10 minutes. So really not RECOMMENDED !!!

I had a missed call from Volksbank Ludwigsburg. I then called back, hoping to find out what the bank wanted from me. I ended up in the headquarters. On the other line was a lady who had no desire at all for ignorant customers like me. In an annoyed tone, she asked me why I called back and with an expectation that I would explain the reason for the call back in detail. I told her I didn't know the reason for the call myself. She was annoyed with her tone and didn't know for a short time what to do now. If I have done something wrong with my recall, I immediately ask myself the question. She pointed out to me several times that I had called the head office and they did not know who and why the customer was calling. It sounded like she wanted to tell me that on behalf of all customers. I pointed out to the lady that she shouldn't forget that I kept my money at the bank. Then she set up a call back for me. Later another lady from the branch called me and explained the reason. I was able to clarify the matter with her. She was friendly as I was used to from customer service - what a roller coaster. Apparently there is a rush of customers every year at the beginning of the year, which could explain the incident. But is it a justification for dealing with the customer in this way?

Service desert VB Ludwigsburg. Arrogant clerk who doesn't feel like dealing with the customer. Business account closed too early. We have the running now. Finally all accounts with the KSK!

The Volksbank has continued to deteriorate over the years. Unfortunately, the Volksbank in Bietigheim (Aurain) was taken from us and it is not possible to set up an ATM anywhere here. In Sachsenheim, you have two points of contact in one street to get money. Unfortunately, we always have to go to the book or into town, where parking is difficult. That is why I thought about changing banks, as it has become very cumbersome for us. Furthermore, an unfriendly service on the phone as soon as you are put through in Ludwigsburg, everything is also shifted to online banking and does not get the service you want like since then ... for what do I pay all these fees if I do everything myself Should do online banking?!?
