Horrible branch! I am going to withdraw every single Euro from this horrible bank. I called them up as I had a few questions and I asked them if anybody spoke English as my German wasn’t the greatest, this guy who picked up the call said no, then I was going to try with my broken German but he just hung up. I called them again, this guy picked up and just hung up again. He never bothered to say anything. Extremely poor customer service. PLEASE GO TO OTHER BANKS. Don’t put your money here. Update: called them up again, and this lady picked up. She hung up as soon as I asked her if she spoke English! What is wrong with the bank?

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. The lady at the reception was very annoyed to explain things again or to be of any help at all. Not a suitable tone of voice with customers. From now on I will unfortunately no longer visit this branch.

The Deutsche Bank branch is located in the "former former main post office opposite the Lbg train station. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful. Everything is good.
