Absolutely incapable. Typically Germany. The officials do nothing during the day and thus do justice to their role and social image. As long as GEZ, the tax office and fines are still working and the citizen is milked nicely, everything is great for this administration.

I had a very friendly, helpful and competent contact person on the phone. The employee took the time for me so that my concerns / questions were all clarified in an understandable way and to my satisfaction! I was prepared for a longer, corona-related waiting period (1-2 days). However, the response came after a few hours.

I call and am greeted with "Hello" without an introduction or something similar. Then I am interrupted and I am told it is not the Viersen health department, it can only be reached until 4 p.m. Unfortunately, I was not told that nicely, but was accused of not having informed me. When I wanted to continue speaking, I was told she didn't care and was pushed away.

Completely overwhelmed staff where the right doesn't know what the left is doing. Work for the citizen ... here none. To have to work with such people in times of Corona.
