I can NOT absolutely share the partly bad criticism of Mr. Ambos. I have always been able to reach someone with only telephone contact to the office hours and I was kindly helped, although I have contacted him from Berlin / Brandenburg. And it was all about a scooter license plate. I have received the perfect customer service. Many Thanks!
Mr. Ambos is very difficult to reach, whether by phone or in person. We are considering a change of insurance.
