Full 5 stars for the ornamental fish paradise! I always experience a competent and friendly owner there who always tries to find a solution for every problem. And the fact that the owner does not want to sell fish to someone that may grow to be 20 cm tall, where the aquarium is only 60 cm in length or where the additional stock does not harmonize, indicates a high level of expertise and is in no way unfriendly! The sales and display basins are always in perfect condition and so are the animals. If a disease has broken out in a pool, which can happen in any specialist shop, this pool is immediately blocked, treated and no animal is sold from it! It looks different with other dealers ..... And you have to give the owner the opportunity to look after her aquariums, so the opening times have to be justified! I can only recommend the ornamental fish paradise to anyone who wants professional, friendly advice.

Unfriendly service, then the retail sector is wondering why people buy on the Internet. Was there several times now and each time no trace of friendliness, for me the last time. Sells sick fish and says nothing, just put something in the pool as a precaution (you have to buy it too, of course). End of the story you have the big fish dying and if you ask about it it is of course you and not the fish you bought.

Nice shop, impossible opening times and the service often very unfriendly. Bought two fish. Three out of 15 fish survived. That can no longer be a coincidence, because my friend felt the same way! Not recommended if you want healthy fish ....

Very competent advice. Helpful. Always had problems buying fish, illnesses, etc. In the tank, since I've been collecting my fish here, no more problems. A lot of choice of fish and accessories.
