Strange shop. First responded to an email from me (albeit only after three days), then no more response to my second and third email, nor to my two calls. In any case, I have now ordered from a different location

I have to say I can't understand the bad reviews. I have been ordering food and accessories there for years. Even with defective perfect problem-free customer service. Never had problems with min. 20 orders. In my opinion the most reliable shop I have ordered from in recent years.
Order placed, at one time 1 item is not in stock, which heaven knows because it is not displayed, and the order does not go out. I've never seen anything so out of date about the shop. Money is gone, goods will definitely come after my animal dies. Customer service is different than here
