Yesterday my dementia-sick husband lost his bearings for the first time on one of his walks and couldn't find his way back home. My request for help was responded to immediately, after a while my husband was found and brought back safely. My thanks and appreciation go to the Viersen police in general and in particular to all those officers involved in the search who, with their friendliness, understanding and helpfulness, gave me the feeling that I was not alone in worrying about someone in need.

At the end of 2019 I was involved in a traffic accident through no fault of my own, the first in my life as a driver, the car was no longer roadworthy. The officers were there relatively quickly, super friendly and the situation was cleared up quickly, one of the officers also gave me some advice on what to do, which made the whole thing easier for me. They also called me a tow truck and even asked if I preferred a special company. Thank you for your service!

Unfortunately, the gentlemen there are rather unfriendly and condescending. I was there to report myself to the driver's flight because I damaged another car. My first interlocutor was stubborn, cheeky and presumptuous. At first it was only communicated via the intercom, not even an official came out, let alone that I was admitted. Very drab gray building, dark, musty, few small windows. A very unappealing place to work.
