Immobilien Standfuss

I called this gentleman several times. Each time I was put off because he couldn't give me any information about a certain property. At first he didn't have the things, then after days I had his unfriendly wife on the line. Then I called again and he told me he couldn't speak. Called again and he didn't have the computer on to give information. When I told him that at some point he would have to give me some information, he replied that he didn't have to do anything. This gentleman should quit his job. There is enough competition!

I have had exactly the opposite experience, H. Stand tries to mediate between buyer and seller and tries to find solutions !!

Very friendly and attentive

Unfortunately, there is no less friendly real estate agent. He also charges a fee for a house visit. 300 € were with us for a single visit. He even tried to sue.
