When my car apparently disappeared a few weeks ago, all I had to do was call the emergency number. Of course, I assumed the worst. After a friendly reception on the phone, I was helped in a completely unbureaucratic way. After my data was queried, it initially led to "So we don't have your car". Shortly afterwards the nice official offered me, shortly after my car, probably by telephone or online? "to be searched". With success. After only a few minutes, I got a call back and a note of where my car was. The police, "your friend and helper" ... Absolutely in this situation. Thanks a lot for this.

Central location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Work close to the citizen is probably the main focus. There are also no complaints by phone. The building is a new building and blends in well with the surroundings. A modern office.

I have been brought here several times after my arrest and have to say that the service is better than you would expect from a police station in Halle. The staff was very friendly. The officer who removed the handcuffs had very steady hands and made sure that the handcuffs would not leave any marks on my hand. When I enter the office, I always notice the beautifully designed interior. Houseplants and lovingly designed wall paintings make the stay in the office pleasant. For the following interrogation I was also offered a glass of water. An unexpected gift! In conversation myself, I got on well personally with the officials. They were in a good mood and were able to laugh, for example when I was told "papers!" and I answered with "scissors! won!". The interrogation was carried out in a factual and friendly manner, so that it was a pleasant item on the agenda for everyone involved. Overall, I have to say that I enjoyed my stay in the Police Directorate of Saxony-Anhalt South and I will be happy to come back here. For this service I am also willing to pay my € 200 fine and do the 30 hours of social work.
