Thank God they still exist, the "small banks" !!! For how much longer? Where actually seemingly ignorant work with their comments vigorously that it as soon as possible is over! I am 100 percent satisfied with "my" bank !!! Speaking of fees: Who would want to work for Lau today, and why? At the current level of interest rates that is no longer possible!

Customer proximity not given. Simply changing account fees (though not lawful because I'm exempted) and complaining about it, they may clear the mistake but can not do anything except dissolve the account and make it new. So all current transfers and contracts would have to be set. Naughty without end, really cheeky, because it was wrong to make more expensive, of course, went easily. Seek me a new bank immediately. So far, no positive experiences with this bank made and that after more than 15 years of loyalty. No friendliness, no accommodation. Not recommendable. 0/5 stars

For the service, the friendliness and competence for this branch is already 1 star too much. Had unfortunately only unpleasant experiences. For the telephone advice over the hotline in Hanover I can only positive reports, could always give specific information, everything explained well.

Unfortunately I can not write much positive things about this branch! The service and the so-called willingness to help leaves a lot to be desired! My father canceled his account on December 31, 2017 - nothing has happened to this day!
