The on-site officer was recently quite abrupt and not interested in following up on my advice: "People just have to be considerate and take care of it themselves, I can't delegate anyone here." This was his answer to my hint that on the Karstadt parking lot approx. One third of the parked vehicles cannot leave the space, as the yellow-marked passageways (due to the construction site set up there) were completely blocked.
