Vodafone Shop

Wanted to pick up my package at 5:30 p.m. But although the shop is open until 6 p.m. according to the opening times (which are also written on the window), the shop was closed. Without any indication why. Extra drove there by car. For free. That doesn't work at all.

They promise something and don't stick to it. If you have problems they say they are only there to sell and cannot help. Really stupid

Friendly staff that gives competent advice

10 times at different time I was at the shop always was closed. At the neighboring shop, I asked if you know when the shop has on. I was told that they open and close like they want.

The cash register has not worked for weeks, poor service, poor advice, opening and closing when you feel like it.
