Has been very pleasant! Especially because of the support given by Mr. Kulla who has been so kind and responsive to all questions in different topics! I recommend this branch in Dortmund and definitely Mr Kulla!

You go to deutsche bank, and ask for help about your account, then they ask you to visit the website....... (in an unfriendly manner). What is the purpose of having a customer service in your physical office? I can be considered as a nice reviewer in google. I often give good reviews and when it is bad usually I give still 3 stars, and give a good suggestion in the review. But well.. as you can see I am not the only person to give a one star, and I don't feel bad for giving one star. Deutsche bank staffs are not friendly. Try to compare it to the other bank's staff (like the one from sparkasse, commerzbank... you name it) Or maybe this is my fault because I am not a big customer for them... I am not a rich guy so I got treated that way. Who knows?

Good location but they often direct you to use services online instead of trying to solve the issue on the spot

Worst customer service ever. The representative got rude without any reason and said to me leave when I went there to identify their mistake in my transactions.
