Appointment was made by telephone and the guy recorded all personal info e.g. address, Telephone and told me the consultant name. When I showed there with all documents, they told me there is no appointment in system and I have to make another one. I thought I made a mistake myself but 2 hours later at home I received the Appointment confirmation letter for that meeting...So, smart and rich bankers, pls explain to me how can this happen. Pls don't waste my time.

You have to be constantly careful because you are trying to use the account. Examples: account fees despite a free current account, debit card fees despite a defective card, etc. So it goes on ......

Not recommended. SEPA mandates are reallocated or deleted without commissioning. Activities based on your own account are illegally canceled. Additional costs are provoked and responsibility is not accepted on the part of the bank. The language is from a system error. A system that should actually be managed by professionals. Finances are therefore subject to arbitrariness here.

Not worth a star. We have the same problem for the second time. They were supposed to pass something on and didn't do it.

Been there yesterday. Fetched account statements and paid in money (everything at the machine). Now I wanted to have the card stamped from the parking garage! Unfortunately, I was told only if I have an appointment! I find outrageous! That was different! So don't drive into the parking garage without an appointment!
