Ibarra, in the Imbabura province, a great place to visit
Maybe the nicer park in down town Ibarra City, next the Cathedral and the "Episcopal" Chapelle. Several available benchs to seat, read and watch the locals having their lives into the warm city.
Nice Central Park area. Shade, breeze, and lots of people filtering through. Pleasant options for food and refreshments all around.
