Beautiful and amuse park

Kind of a typical small area in an Ecuadorian town. Little money goes into beautification and the result is a dumpy, dirty and poorly maintained facility and area. Even if money is not spent, more can be done to keep the place clean. A fresh coat of paint could do wonders!
