Los Algarrobos Park

We loved it!!! It was not crowded but I imagine it was because it was a Wednesday morning. Peaceful, beautiful space to go and walk and breath some fresh air. The downside is that there is no parking available so you would have to park somewhere and then walk all the way down. The sound of the river and river view is great too. Would not recommend to touch or play with the water since I don't think is clean water though.

Nice place for a long walking!... Surrounded by native nature, an easy path to follow, absolutely secure for you and your family because it has its own security! It's beautiful, and it also has a river, but you can not swim or get to close beautiful it's so sad to say but the river is contaminated... There are places to take pictures, at the main gate there bathrooms, and a place to park your bikes because you're not allowed to take the path with biks and also dogs!. Won't forget to bring mosquito repellent and water, it's warm in the mornings but it's seriously hot at midday! Enjoy it and have a wonderful family day visiting this beautiful place!

Amazing, safe trail just outside of the center of Quito.

Beautiful park, near of a river. I don't put five stars because some days the river is smelling weird
