Delightful place but kind of sad to think that the men who died in 1995 in the very short border war with Peru did it for seemingly nothing as all that territory went to Peru in an agreement sanctioned by the USA Argentina and Brazil... The fancy Fountain dedicated to their memory no longer works less than three years after it was dedicated
