Rent was ok. Personal in Barcelona El Prat office is very polite and friendly. But after some days after i finished my rent i was charged for 140 euro. No information was provided and i had to go to their office. They told me that it was an error in their system and they will return the full amount. Even after one month they still did not return money and did not provide any help... i have to go to their office once more and still no return, only promises and apologies. Keep in mind that their support tel number is not free - you have to pay to get any answer. They did not reply in emails and contact forms.

Horrible service, read carefully everything they always try to rip you off !!!! I will never rent a car here againnnAnswering the same thing in every single post doesn’t mean they are right. I read T&C and never had any problems with CC and couldn’t make it! So unfriendly and all staff money orientated. Disgusting

NEVER EVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCEnnNever rent a car from them! They are asking you to wash the OUTSIDE of the car once you drop off with saying if you don’t wash, we’ll charge you 70 EUR! Firstly, 70 EUR charge for their cleaning service?????! Secondly, they are gonna wash it anyhow, why do you need to leave negative impression on the customer?nnAnother point, when we were taking our reserved car, we had to wait 2 hours with their unpleasant employees...nnI think OK RENT A CAR has many things to learn from other rent a car companies such as customer satisfaction.

Actual rent conditions differ from what is sold on website. Their 902 customer service number charges about €2 per minute and its mainly 3 minutes of an automated answering service. If lucky, you get to speak to a person.
