STAY AWAY. Scammers. They quote a very low price and then lie about the car not being returned with a full tank, that the car was returned a day late, for extra kilometers....nnBut the absolute worst was the person who is supposed to get your car and enter your information cannot speak Spanish nor English, cannot use a computer, cannot use a credit card machine, cannot READ (he asked if my passport number was the text at the bottom of the photo page. They weren't even numbers!! He thought my last name on my license was the country, just for starters.) He had to ask a guy from the neighboring company to show him how to use the credit card machine because I swear he could not read. He entered dates in the system backwards so they were rejected and he couldn't understand why. He erased everything after spending 40 minutes entering all of it. I finally entered all my own data (in 3 minutes) and the system accepted everything. This is after one hour of unbelievable bumbling.nnThe final straw however was when he threatened to rip up our contract after wasting an hour and 15 minutes of our time. We were late because of this delay, and said we would need to keep the car longer on the final day because of this delay (we missed a meeting with people). We told him as much and my partner justifiably became angry when he told us he would charge us an extra day, when the reason we would need it was the fault of the person at the counter! This guy started yelling and threatening to tear the contract in half right there! I had to step in and calm him down and agree that we would pay something additional if we returned it late but not a full day. We were charged anyway,nnThere is more: We called three times on the way to return the car. This same man as above answered every time and told us there was no problem returning the car after 9:30PM, that he would be there. At 9:45, we called a gain because we were filing the car with fuel and would be a few mins late. He said no worries, he would be there until 10:30. We arrived at 10.05 and there was no one there. It took us 25 minutes to get hold of someone to ask what to do with the car, where to leave it, where to leave the keys, etc. We did everything as instructed. My fuel deposit of 119 euros (!!!) was never returned and I was charged an extra day. I was also charged an exorbitant price for 99 extra kilometers than the allowed 300.nnI spent one week on the phone with someone in the company who made me promises and asked for an account to deposit the extra day charge into. They never did. I was then told after one week that the car was NOT returned with a full tank!! Which it was. I finally disputed all the charges with my credit card company.

Company not recommended. We rented a car with them in Barcelona and from the first moment we regretted it. We had a terrible experience with them and, no doubt, we will never hire this company again. We do not consider them to be serious, nor to treat customers as they deserve. They put a low a priori price but then they raise it when you are making the contract there in person. In addition, they make you pay a high amount of money as a deposit and when you return the car they charge what they consider, without the possibility of claiming and without giving us any invoice to present to the insurance (although we ask for it expressly). As I said at the beginning of the comment, I do not recommend this company.

SCAMMERS We have been waiting for two months because they have received the bail without any reason. They are passing brown to each other and do not want to return what is ours. IMPRESENTABLE.

Some scammers. On the internet they tell you a very low price. You take it and then they charge absolutely for everything. Clauses are invented. A certain Victor who answers the phone hardly knows how to speak Spanish and hangs up the phone when you want to claim the overcharged money. I advise not to rent with them.

TIMERS! They have tried to scam us both by giving us the car (in addition to delivering it in a sorry state) and by returning it. They tell us that they can not return the deposit because we do not have the receipt of the payment POS and without that they can not. After a discussion we found his copy on the table and got it done to us. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
