A real scam. I have a reservation in which I am told that I only have to pay 100 euros when I arrive at the counter and when I go to get the car it turns out. They put 20 euros for a premium office, 122 for insurance that was already included in my previous price, 4 euros for returning it, plus VAT. Also the car is dirty and in poor condition. A real robbery.
