The NOVÍSSIM municipal building (Pl. Sant Miquel, next to the Town Hall) has a viewpoint on the 9th floor, where you can enjoy 360º views of the city of Barcelona.nAt the moment, they only open it to the public for the parties of Sta. Eulàlia. In 2020 it opened on February 8.
