Thank you very much Natasja and your lovely team! I am a regular client for hairextensions, nails and facials. Had my friends coming over for a short holiday and we had a beauty party at Allure. WOW!!! Edited:nAfter posting a negative review Natasha, the manager, called me and apologised for the bad experience. She was really concerned and offered me a free treatment for the same amount of money I spent in my two previous times here. She was really nice about it.nI went today and I couldn't be happier. Alexandra, the girl who took care of me was amazing, such a sweetheart and extremely professional. She made sure I was ok all the time, I've never had such a painless waxing session in my life!nThank you so much for caring about your customers. Will definitely come back!nnOriginal:nGirls working here are really nice. Place is clean and well decorated. Prices are average.nService is awful though. Got burned with the wax several times. Girl seemed to not know what she was doing. She was nice but very unprofessional.nThis is my second time here and it will definitely be the last one. Both times (with two different girls) had a bad experience. Such a shame, I really wanted to like this place.

After more than two hours to do my nails, they have lasted less than two weeks. The price-quality ratio is terrible. In addition, the nails were very uneven. I find it a shame that they charge you 50 euros and that is the result. I feel ripped off
