Very friendly and good service. It's also surprisingly cheap, I rented a car in San Sebastián with drop off at the airport in Bilbao and it costed only around 50 euro. The car was a modern, clean and automatic drive Nissan. Perfect alternative if you're a family or a few friends instead of taking the airport bus.

I had a terrible experience, the lady who served me was very rude... she even threw my phone hardly on the counter!

We had a terrible experience at this location. It felt like the staff did not want to serve us because we were “tourists”, which is likely the majority population this location serves. The staff were clearly talking about us in Spanish, assuming we did not understand Spanish as well as we did. I felt incredibly unwelcome and had to spend two hours at this spot during my vacation sorting through my reservation on my phone because the staff would not help with the mistake they had made on our reservation. Will recommend to any other friends/family traveling to San Sebastián to use another rental service.

Incredibly rude customer service. Cancelled our reservation because we arrived 3 hours after it started (we had a week long rental - did not think it would matter). The agent stated that the policy clearly indicated we must arrive within 2 hours but when we asked to see such documentation they were unable to show us any documentation of policy. Then, they did not assist us with modifying our reservation and claimed no more cars were available. I then went online and rebooked my reservation at the location and a car magically appeared while I handled rebooking online myself due to incompetency and rudeness of staff. I am sad that we continued to give them our business after the way we were treated and I certainly won’t plan on using enterprise in the future if this is how they train their employees in customer service.

Despite having missed our previous day’s pickup, our rental was NOT cancelled. It was a flawless collection all managed by super friendly Alberto!!
